The Code of Conduct Tribunal has adjourned proceedings in the trial of Senate President, Senator Bukola Saraki till November 5 and 6 as it awaits the ruling of the Court of Appeal, where Saraki had prayed the court to halt the trial.

The Court of Appeal in Abuja had last week reserved ruling in the appeal, saying it would communicate to the parties involved when the judgement would be delivered.

Chairman of the Tribunal, Danladi Umar said the ruling of the appellate court would determine the fate of the CCT trial of the politician who served as Governor of Kwara State from 2003-2011. - The will reportage.
